Binding Agreement

This document serves as a binding contract between you (“Participant” or “you”) and Ways to Heal and Thrive (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, registering for, or using any of the courses, trainings, healings, readings, or services (“Services”) offered by the Company, you acknowledge your understanding of these Terms and Conditions and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by them.

1. Eligibility Requirements

Participation in the Services is exclusively available to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to form binding contracts under applicable law. By utilising the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these age and competency criteria and that you will comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2. Licence to Use

The Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence is for your personal and non-commercial use only. Unauthorised distribution, creation of derivative works, resale, or exploitation of the Services in any manner not expressly authorised by these Terms is prohibited. Any breach may lead to immediate revocation of this licence and further legal action.

3. Intellectual Property Compliance

All content and materials provided through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company or are licensed to the Company. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, sell, display, or otherwise use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may lead to legal penalties.

4. Trademark Notice

The Healing Spheres is an officially registered trademark of Ways to Heal and Thrive. Unauthorised use of the name “The Healing Spheres,” including but not limited to using it for business, training, educational, or promotional purposes, is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to use, reproduce, or imitate the trademark without explicit written permission from the Company may result in legal action.

5. Confidentiality and Use of Information

Participants must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary or sensitive information accessed through the Services. This includes non-public information about business practices, client data, service methodologies, and other intellectual property. This obligation continues indefinitely, even after your use of the Services ends.

Use of Information for Advertising:
The Company may use participant-generated content (such as testimonials or case studies) for promotional purposes with explicit consent. If consent is not provided, information will be anonymised. No personal data will be used for marketing without your clear, affirmative consent.

Data Security:
We employ robust security measures and limit access to sensitive data to authorised personnel only. Information is used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and these Terms.

6. Services and Offerings

The following Services are covered by these Terms:

The Healing Spheres: Holistic healing framework and all related programmes.

Thrive 360: Transformational healing and guidance programme (single session, 12-session, and 24-session packages).

The Best Life Guide: Life planner designed to help participants take action and create positive change.

The Inner Sanctuary: Membership community course for ongoing support and personal growth.

Insight Reading: Intuitive and personalised reading sessions.

Foundation Training: Pre-recorded, self-paced online training to help participants establish a strong base for their healing journey.

Any additional courses, healings, readings, or services provided by Ways to Heal and Thrive.

7. Use of the Site and Services

You must use the Services as intended and in compliance with all applicable laws. Do not attempt to interfere with the operation or integrity of the Services, nor gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or networks.

8. Testimonials

Testimonials represent individual experiences and opinions. They are voluntary and anecdotal, and may not reflect the experience of all users. The Company does not claim that testimonials are representative of all results.

9. Medical Disclaimer

The Healing Spheres and all related services, programmes, and materials are intended for informational and personal development purposes only. Be Coffin is not a medical professional and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical or psychological conditions. The guidance, practices, and resources provided are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you have a medical condition, are undergoing treatment, or have any concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult your GP or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new practices, programmes, or trainings offered through The Healing Spheres. Your wellbeing and safety are of utmost importance, and it is your responsibility to ensure that any participation is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

By engaging with The Healing Spheres, you acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for your own health decisions and agree to seek professional advice as needed.

10. Copyright and Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from users. If you believe your copyright has been violated, please notify us in writing with full details, including your contact information and a description of the alleged infringement.

11. Full Power and Authority

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you have the legal authority to enter this Agreement and that you are not violating other agreements or obligations.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free Services. You release us from any claims or damages arising from third-party actions, content, or data.

13. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your participation in any Service, you must contact us directly at [email protected].

Refunds: No refunds are permitted once access to any digital content, training, or membership area is provided, as you will have received the benefit of the Service.

14. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.

Participant Termination:
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing all use of the Services and notifying us in writing at [email protected].

Company Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate your access to any or all Services at our sole discretion, particularly in the event of a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorised use of content, breach of confidentiality, or inappropriate conduct.

Non-Payment:
Access to all courses, trainings, or membership communities—including, but not limited to, The Healing Spheres, Thrive 360, The Best Life Guide, The Inner Sanctuary, Insight Reading, and Foundation Training—requires timely and full payment as agreed upon enrolment.

If payment is not received by the due date, and you have not contacted Be Coffin or Ways to Heal and Thrive to discuss your circumstances, your access to the relevant Service(s) will be suspended or terminated until payment is made or an alternative arrangement is agreed.

We encourage open communication: If you are experiencing difficulties with payment, please reach out to Be directly as soon as possible to discuss potential solutions or payment plans.

Failure to communicate or resolve outstanding payments may result in permanent termination of access, removal from membership groups, and forfeiture of any progress, materials, or support associated with the Service.

No Refunds After Termination:
Please note that, as per our refund policy, no refunds will be provided for Services already accessed or commenced prior to termination.

15. Notices

All notices will be delivered electronically, either by email or through the website. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ways to Heal and Thrive, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. All legal proceedings shall be held in the UK courts. This does not override your statutory consumer rights.

18. Agreement Modifications

20. Miscellaneous
